Sampology.... Every Up & Coming DJ Must SEE This!!!

Sam is a living GOD!!!... Well in DJ terms at least... He's playing at Empire August 1st and he's bringing his Visual Set!!!!

This is Sam’s only Brisbane show since April, given his touring with Tom Tom Crew for the season on Broadway in NYC and Underbelly London. Then after this show he’s over to Edinburgh Festival until early September! So don't miss out on what is positively, one of the highest calibre Aussie boogie weapons we have to offer.

Take two turntables, some crazy computer program plugin that can scratch film as well as sound, 100 million hours of crazy footage, as many projectors as we can fit in the MoonBar, plenty of beer and Sampology and you got yourself a party.. Again!

Picture the best night of Rage you’ve ever seen in your life, all rolled into a 1.5hr set of turntable goodness pumped out of the Moonbar’s SubSystem and you’ve got it!

Come and join us to witness the ONE NIGHT ONLY mind blowing show of epic proportions!

I believe EVERY DJ needs to see him in action some check out some clips at the bottom...

But first... Here's what the rest of the world has to say about Sampology...

"The live music is the real star of this show. The dexterity of DJ Sampology at his turntables impresses more than any amount of aerial business, enhanced by screens which offer a bird's eye view of his flying hands, alternating with amusing sampled visuals."
- The Independent (UK)

"The sonic performers are Ben Walsh, musical director, who offers a singalong ode to an electronic Japanese harp and plays eight drums simultaneously; Sampology, a well-equipped D.J.; and Tom Thum, a beat boxer whose microphone and voice alone make him a one-man band."
- New York Times

"Tip-top turntablism from an angelic-looking Aussie scratch prodigy who goes by the name of Sampology. Although watching aerial gymnastics and avoiding the beads of hot sweat dripping from back-flipping muscular bodies has a certain sex-factor, it’s the music that grabs you by the udders. Sampology blends and hand mixes his turntables like Chopin must have played the piano..."
- Whats On In Theatre (London)
